Protein kinase involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus (Probable). Phosphorylates MAP2K1, and thereby activates the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. SWISS: P15056 Gene ID: 673 BRAF蛋白是有絲分裂原活化的蛋白激酶/細胞外信號調(diào)節(jié)激酶途徑蛋白。正常的B-Raf蛋白的功能是傳遞來自細胞膜的信號,在Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK信號轉(zhuǎn)導調(diào)節(jié)途徑中有著重要的作用. BRAF是在癌細胞的生長和存活中起到關(guān)鍵作用的蛋白質(zhì),并且在大多數(shù)惡性黑素瘤患者和少數(shù)結(jié)腸癌、乳腺癌和肺癌患者中發(fā)生突變，目前BRAF也用于惡性黑素瘤和腫瘤的研究。 |
