When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Tex19.1 expression is limited to pluripotent cells and germ cells, and is downregulated after differentiation. The Tex19.1 (-/-) knockout male mice have impaired spermatogenesis. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in testis, placenta and ovary. Expressed in pluripotent stem cells.
