| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: May participate in a common DNA damage response pathway associated with the activation of homologous recombination and double-strand break repair. Functionally cooperates with PALB2 in promoting of D-loop formation by RAD51. Binds to single and double stranded DNA, and is capable of aggregating DNA. Also binds RNA. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Colocalizes with RAD51 to multiple nuclear foci. Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in testis and thymus. Lower levels in colon and small intestine. Little or no expression in spleen, prostate, ovary and peripheral blood leukocytes. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR. Similarity: Belongs to the methyltransferase superfamily. METTL21 family.
